SCS Application Portal

 

1. Complete Student Application Form: Complete a student application. Once completed you will then schedule an appointment with the principal and administration.  
2. Meet the Principal and Admissions Coordinator: Schedule a tour with the principal  (Email: [email protected])
3. Submit the Following Documents to the Admissions Office:

• Baptismal & Sacramental Records
• Immunization & Medical Records
• A copy of the original Birth Certificate
• Transcripts including Report Cards
• Signed copy of the “Tuition Rates, Fees & Policies” form.
• Recommendation from last teacher of record (if any)
• Proof of legal guardianship (when applicable)
• Copy of IEP/504/Student Support Plan (if any)
• Latest standardized test scores

5. Schedule a Shadow Day: We invite you to spend a day with us, and experience a typical day to see if SCS is the right fit for your child. Please email: [email protected]
6. Application Review and Notification: Once you’ve completed the application process, the Principal will evaluate your application. A letter of acceptance will be sent to you indicating whether your child(ren) has been accepted. The principal will also call each family as well.
7. Some Helpful Reminders:

• Once accepted, 6th-8th grade students will be required to take a Math Placement Test. 
• Screening for Kindergarten will occur. (the school will contact you with dates/times)

 Current students: Please fill out the registration form and return by April.
Financial Aid applications are due February 17th (Please see the FACTS Tuition page)

As you prepare for the application process, it will be helpful to gather the following essential documents. 

• Birth certificate
• Baptismal certificate, if baptized.
• Physician’s Exam Form
• Immunization Form    
• Dentist’s Exam Form
• New families $250 Registration fee
• Returning families $150 registration fee
• $150 per student technology fee ($300 cap per family)

If your child is transferring from another school, you will also need:

1. School records
2. Standardized test scores
3. Transcript of grades
4. Academic evaluations
5. Please sign and return the record release form, so we can obtain this information.

Tuition Rates 2026-2027 Year

New families will have a $250 dollar registration fee. That fee will decrease to $150 dollars for returning families.

Each ​student ​will be assessed a $150 dollar technology fee, with a maximum charge of ​$300 dollars per family for those families with more than two children ​enrolled in the school.

Once enrolled, your family will utilize the FACTS tuition management portal to set up payment plans that your family is most comfortable with.
